VisibilityTrace is an operator-grade research hub for AI visibility, AI crawler readiness, and LLM rank tracking. Every page declares — in its header — what kind of research produced it: a Deep Research buyer guide, a public-information review, a methodology-based comparison, or a policy page. The label is the contract with the reader.
Who this site is for
The target reader already knows what a structured-data crawler is, has read at least one vendor pricing page in detail, and is allergic to generic listicles that read like remixed press releases.
Why this hub exists
Most "best AI tools" content in this category is a thin recombination of vendor marketing and other listicles. The same three or four vendors recur at the top of every list, with the same descriptive sentences. The reader cannot tell whether any specific claim was checked against the vendor's current pricing page or was lifted from a competing listicle written eight months earlier.
VisibilityTrace inverts that pattern. Every factual claim on a buyer guide links to the primary source it came from with the date the source was observed. Vendor marketing claims are flagged separately from independently verifiable facts. Where the public source set is too thin to support a claim, the page says so and stops, rather than filling the gap with generic prose.
Reading paths
Four ways into the site, depending on what you came here to do.
Choose a tool
Deep Research buyer guides covering the category in breadth, with the criteria for evaluation declared at the top and each claim tied to public sources.
Read a single vendor
Public-information reviews summarise what a vendor publicly claims. Label is account-created-not-tested.
Make your site crawlable
Operational pages — what AI crawlers see on the wire and how to verify before launch. Concrete enough to follow with curl alone.
Understand how VT works
Trust pages — evidence labels, research process, affiliate handling, update cadence.
What VisibilityTrace does not claim
- No hands-on benchmark testing of every tool covered.
- No guarantee of AI citation outcomes.
- No official partnership with Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, or Perplexity.
- No real-time accuracy of vendor pricing — each cited figure carries an observed date.
